The Adaptive Leadership Lab

The Adaptive Leadership Lab offers a high-trust space to examine your leadership behaviors and build skills to fuel progress on your co-op’s biggest challenges.
This workshop provides tools and time to practice the skills required to make meaningful progress toward your vision. Using Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) leadership competencies, you’ll gain valuable insight to adjust how you show up to your toughest challenges. Through peer consultations and new diagnostic lenses, you’ll leave with the clarity and courage to experiment beyond your comfort zone.
Key Objectives
- Practice the KLC Leadership Competencies: Diagnose the situation, manage yourself, energize others and intervene skillfully
- Gain Fresh Insight: Explore multiple interpretations of what might be getting in the way of making progress on your adaptive challenges
- Design Brave Experiments: Identify ways to step outside your personal comfort zone to accelerate your leadership capacity
- Build Peer Connections: Forge lasting relationships that offer support and accountability on your journey
