Operational Mastery Lab: Vision in Motion
This operationally focused retreat is part workshop and part refocus time, where both seasoned and new GMs come together to shift gears and create proactive strategies for lasting impact. We’ll tap into the collective strengths of our co-ops, analyze performance and help each GM craft plans to prioritize areas of greatest need and strengthen organizational accountability.
The Adaptive Leadership Lab
A high-trust space to examine your leadership behaviors and build skills to fuel progress on your co-op’s biggest challenges. This workshop provides tools and time to practice the skills required to make meaningful progress toward your vision.
