Operational Mastery Lab: Vision in Motion

Our co-ops’ impact hinges on stores operating at their peak. But many leaders feel like firefighters reacting to blazes, rather than proactively steering toward our organizational vision. This operationally focused retreat is part workshop and part GM refocus time, where both seasoned and new GMs come together to shift gears and create proactive strategies for lasting impact.
Across the day and a half, we’ll tap into the collective strengths of our co-ops, analyze performance and help each GM craft plans to prioritize areas of greatest need and strengthen organizational accountability.
Key Objectives
- Connect our vision to operational performance so that it motivates and inspires
- Clarify operational priorities in the strategic planning process, communicating our plans effectively with boards, and energizing our staff
- Identify where each co-op’s current barriers to success may be and explore ways to get unstuck
- Tap into our vibrant peer network for real-time support, fun collaboration and mutual accountability
