Responsible for prepared foods department, including deli, hot bar, salad bar and grab-and-go. May also include oversight of bakery, meat and cheese departments. Similar position title may include deli manager. Receives the NCG Fresh bi-weekly email newsletter update and access to the prepared foods discussion forum.
